At 14, she began attending more classes and soon discovered a passion for teaching. As an Assistant Teacher, Jess began planning and teaching classes across multiple genres, and running additional exam classes for students of all ages. Since qualifying as a Registered Teacher with BBO Dance and moving to Caerphilly, Jess established Allora Dance in 2019. The school has grown to cover three venues across the Caerphilly area and offers classes for all ages and abilities.
